Because technology environments and threat conditions can change unexpectedly, exact remediation timelines and outcomes cannot always be guaranteed. Secure Technology Solutions, LLC will provide services in a commercially reasonable manner and communicate status updates on agreed deliverables.
Service fees, retainers, and setup charges are due according to the invoicing schedule provided by Secure Technology Solutions, LLC. Third-party software, licensing, or platform costs are separate unless otherwise specified in writing and remain the Client's responsibility.
To perform services effectively, the Client must provide timely access to relevant systems, authorized contacts, and required approvals. Delays in access or approvals may affect delivery timelines and outcomes.
Secure Technology Solutions, LLC is not liable for damages caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including third-party service outages, client-side configuration changes, or unforeseen threat activity. Services are provided professionally, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or interruption-free.
